Automatically pass newsletter information from OpenCart to MailChimp when customers register or edit their account.

This modification will pass newsletter subscription information from your OpenCart site to your MailChimp newsletter list when customers register or edit their account. It can also pass information from MailChimp back to OpenCart when customers or administrators update information through MailChimp. The information is passed seamlessly between OpenCart and MailChimp behind the scenes, making less work for you. Fields passed include E-mail Address, First Name, Last Name, Address, and Phone Number.

• Install in seconds using the included vQmod file, or modify the necessary files yourself using the included list of edits.

• Automatically add customers to your MailChimp list when they create an account and elect to receive your newsletter on your OpenCart site.

• Automatically subscribe/unsubscribe customers to/from your MailChimp list when they change their newsletter preferences in OpenCart.

• Update e-mail, name, address, and phone information in MailChimp when customers edit their information in OpenCart.

• Automatically subscribe, unsubscribe, and/or update profile information in OpenCart when customers or administrators update it through MailChimp.

• Enter your own merge tags for First Name, Last Name, Address, and Phone Number from within the admin panel.
