    Currently having syncing isses, cannot remove the old 2.1.etc version of powerpack pro and emails have not been replied to.



    Very troublesome - always cause great problems each time we do a mailing. Has now stopped syncing contacts from Dynamics to Mailchimp altogether

    It certainly is a bad solution. It does not work 80% of the time. There are no error message if something fails. Not easy to reach the support. It is an interface application of 1990. I do not recommend.

    We have been having syncing issues with Dynamic CRM every week since 2014. do not recommend using Powermailchimp.

    We have installed the solution, fallowed all the steps in your guides. And the main problem we have encountered is that your server cannot communicate with ours. so the solutions don’t work on our system well (some of the problems are): PowerMailChimp Your plugin create a new group in my email list (on mailchimp side) but my contact on the marketing list aren't sync with mailchimp and there isn't any record on the sync entity.

    We are able to access the MailChimp and pull the MailChimpList, from MailChimp as well as the MailTemplates, however we are not able to push the Contacts when we hit the Synchronize Now button.     We have installed PowerMailChimp for CRM 2013 trial, and following User Guide. However, we are unable proceed from Sync Now step, as there is no sync happening between CRM Marketing List and MailChimp List. I have also sent a email to 'powerpackpro@powerobjects.com'. Kindly advise?

    i can't get the integration to work. The opens and clicks are not showing up in Dynamics CRM.

    The problem with PowerMailChimp's solution is that you are dealing not only with PowerMailChimp but MailChimp as well. We have had lots of problems with syncing lists, campaign statistics etc. The support team is good at responding whenever we have emailed them, but 9 out 10 times they don't know why things are not working as expected. Being prompt at responding and being nice gets you only so far. You got to have real solutions for the problems. Their response to our problems was to let them have remote access to our CRM so their dev team can look into it. Initially we weren't willing to do that because of sensitivity of our data. Finally, we agreed, so we can hopefully move past the issues we are having, to have them remote in while we watch. However, their dev team is offshore, so they said they couldn't do it during hour business hours and would want to be able to access the system after our business hours. Are you kidding me? !!!! Even after reporting so many issues they've not once offered to give any credit to the monthly fees that we pay them. I'd not recommend this product.

    Support is always important with software and never more so than when you are integrating 2 applications. I've been very happy with the response we've had from PowerObjects - mostly by email but logging in to my system to troubleshoot when it was necessary.

    The product itself is simple - and I say that in the most positive way. Setting up and sending emails is easy. The reporting back into CRM is comprehensive and easy to understand.

    Now I need to find some time to look at incorporating their PowerSurvey to get even more out of it.
