Stream databases into mailing lists automatically

Zapier’s MailChimp-MySQL integration allows you to set up automated connections to add or remove mailing list members when you create and update rows on MySQL, and can also be used in the opposite direction, automatically creating database entries whenever someone subscribes or unsubscribes to your list.

Need even more control?

  • Combine actions with Multi-Step Zaps to create powerful automated workflows, like subscribing new members to one list and unsubscribing them from another when you add or update a row on your MySQL database.
  • Use MailChimp Search Actions to look for subscribers to match emails from new or updated database rows, updating their profile information with new details or creating them if they don’t already exist. Alternatively, set up automated list management by searching across all your lists to find where emaiks already exist so you can add or remove them from other lists.
  • MySQL Search Actions can also be used to query your database for values to match MailChimp data like names or emails, returning any additional values or creating a new entry if none are found.
