The Privy to MailChimp integration is flawless. Using both websites, once you figure out the inner workings, you can set up a landing page, email automation, and receive metrics. Super user friendly. I used this on our store website of hoppin-grapes.com I used a pop-up widget on my own website. This drove them to a Privy landing page/ email collector form where customers enter their email. The email is automatically sent to my MailChimp account where automated and programmed emails are sent periodically. Excellent!

I have recently started to use the popup (modal) provided by Privy on my blog Zen Ruby (www.zenruby.info). Since then, the number os subscriptions to my mailing list has increased a lot (compared to the MailChimp popup). Great tool!

Using the free version at https://www.owl.gifts and very happy with it. The popup form leads to an immediate confirmation screen which is nice for giving coupon codes / links without the customer having to wait for an email.

Plenty of customization options.

Integration with mailchimp is smooth. There is an option for the app to send a confirmation email but it comes from the app mail server rather than my site, so I turned it off. Better to use a mailchimp autoresponse if you really want to send one.

I'm using this integration in two campaigns: on my website as a pop up and a different campaign on Facebook with a link to a signup page. It's working great and my results get better every day. In two days on Facebook (with a $5 daily limit spent on ads), I've had 30 signups for my mailing list with a gift of a free book download. I did it as an experiment on Facebook since it's my first time to run an ad purely for email captures.

I use this on my website for email signups at www.agamidesigner.com It works perfect and I have over 100 signups so far! The interface is automatic and I have set up mailchimp automation to send out an email with a $5 code overtime someone signs up. I can tell you that the interface is seamless and almost instantaneous. I get the email within a minute of signing up. The best part is that my Privy version is FREE! Totally recommend it.

This integration has been very useful as it shoots contacts straight into our mailchimp folder. It was really easy to set up and at the moment the whole service from Privy is free. This is a really great app for a small business. Privy customer service is excellent too, and they were very helpful when we had some teething problems. Would thoroughly recommend.

Privy has been a game changer. We've had about 20 sign ups in the one week we've been using them and that is a lot for a small company like ours that gets about 5 a month. We literally get sign ups daily and i cannot believe it is free. I integrated it with mailchimp and it works perfectly. This is most definetely worth having and installing.

From the first day we installed Privy, we knew we had a keeper. With greater control over when our sign up pop-up appeared, we were able to stop shoving our agenda in visitor's faces before they'd even had time to read the title of the page they were on, LOL.

In all seriousness, it's been fantastic. Sign ups are coming along, and Privy support is very helpful and fast. I got an answer to a question within 5 minutes of asking...two hours after their normal help hours...on a weekend. And I got a real answer in addition to a knowledge base article, not just a link to the article.

I thought Privy was simple to set-up and works nicely with Squarespace! I used it for webinar sign ups and was easy to customize and successful. However, in order for everything to work, first names aren't always imported into my list. Only the emails populate on the Mail Chimp side. For the time being it works, but since people are signing up with a first name, it'd be nice to have that info on the flip side too.

I use Privy's pop-up sign-up form for my online boutique through Shopify. It was very easy to set up and I've had very few problems with it. I love that you can customize it to match your site. I have a Squarespace site for aerial yoga and fitness. We decided to try and capture as many visitors to our site as possible. I'm not so savvy when it comes to figuring out how to implement things on our website and with a couple of questions answered from the support team, I was all set up! I'm really excited that I could do this on my own and not pay my developers to do it for me. Feeling proud and excited! Now I've already captured 15 new clients and it's been 2 days! When I learn how to use this I'm going to be en fuego. The BEST part of Privy....CUSTOMER SERVICE. I can't tell you how much they've helped me and been great communicators. The service is easy to use, there are some things you have to get used to, but all in all, it's really pretty simple. Ben is fabulous! Thanks so much Privy. Now, Mailchimp...that's another story, but at least it's easy to get things working together.

We started using Privy on our network a few months ago and the results are just amazing. With a regular sidebar sing up widget we were getting some sign ups, but with privy our list of subscribers has nearly triple. What I personally enjoy is the degree to which you can customise Privy to your liking. Also, even though the application is free, it still comes with top-notch support. Absolutely loving it!

Great tool. I was looking for an easy-to-install email signup widget for our product blog (on Tumblr), and the couple other widgets I came across were difficult to install/customize without too much programming background. Privy was different. I cut and pasted a few lines of code and that was all, and the customization process, though limited, was simple. Plus, their customer service got back to me within minutes when I had an issue. I definitely recommend it for those who want a free Mailchimp plugin that works on most/all blogs, and that is easily customizable without delving into the code.

Considering these were the first two products that I tried for gaining followers and sending out emails, I think I hit the jackpot on my first try. We use the Privy widget every day at Puritan & Company in Cambridge, Massachusetts. It is a great marketing tool because of its simplicity AND effectiveness.

The best part is MailChimp integration - we don't have to re-enter any emails gathered! It literally takes 5 seconds to connect to MailChimp. Guests give us an email addresses on our website or using Privy tablet app.

There are several options that allow us to customize marketing messages to our website visitors for special dinners and events. Simple yet flexible. Add a photo, some text, and you're done! Then you're up and running on the most important place you can advertise: your own website!

Great iPad app and landing page tool. I use the privy ipad app to collect leads who show up to my sessions without registration. It was easy to create a nice looking page, it reloads after every lead inputs their name, and then I can also use the same landing page in FB ads etc. Really useful in combination with our online and in-person efforts. And of course syncs directly to my MC lists

Privy has become the best and most-used tool for me to grow my list. I have a podcast and a weekly newsletter and the Privy widget has helped convert over 3% of website visitors into email addresses without having to do anything (especially since changing the timer on the widget to open after a few seconds).

List growth can be hard -- you have to hustle and get your signup form in front of people everywhere. But this makes it super easy to jut set it and forget it on my site and collect emails that can directly sync to MailChimp.
