Our unobtrusive email form popover increases email signups by actively offering the signup form at just the right time. This completely customizable email list form loads in the middle of your page - overlaying your content with a lightbox. By default, only new readers will see this form, so it won't annoy returning visitors.
Optimize popup timing
You can manually adjust the popup timing to load after a certain number of seconds. If you want to let your reader understand your website before offering a subscription, you could wait 10 seconds before loading. On the other hand, loading after just 1 second will get your email form in front of more people.
You can also decide how often people will see this form. By default, regular readers will only see it once a month, but you can push it off to once a year or even make it a daily popup.
Optional smart timing
If you don't want to interrupt your visitors' reading, you can simply use our smart mode to launch the popup based on exit intent. Within this setting, the popup will load when the mouse movements seem to indicate that your reader is preparing to leave. At that point, they can easily join your email list on their way out or simply continue leaving without interruption.
Easily customize design
Within your settings, you can easily edit your headline, text, and submit button, and your changes will be immediately reflected on your website. Going even further, you can modify all the colors to match the general theme of your website. None of this requires any knowledge of coding.
Raw code can also be edited
If you do want to get into the beautiful code, we give you access to the raw html. You can even create a custom MailChimp form to load in your popover lightbox.
View statistics on subscribes
We also show you statistics for your form. You can see how many people saw your popover, how many people subscribed, and even the conversion date for each day.

This is very helpful, useful, and certainly easy to use. Because I think SumoMe and MailChimp is a very great combination. you have to use it too if you do not want to regret it. There is no reason for you not to use.
Cheers

I have connected everything and still end up having to manually download the csv file of subscribers every week and upload to MailChimp. Kind of annoying.

Still haven't figured out how to put these two to work together... Both say everything is set, but list subscribers don't get transferred automatically from Sumome to Mailchimp. No clue on why that happens...
